JIRAN 30TH ANNIVERSARY
JIRAN 30TH ANNIVERSARY was commissioned to celebrate the company’s 30th anniversary, following the positive reception of the previous JIRAN animation series.
Built around the theme of “JIRAN FOREST,” the animation unfolds as a theatrical experience, presenting Jiran’s journey through a clear progression—from the beginning, through challenges and obstacles, to finally reaching the Forest. The story was designed to communicate this journey quickly and visually, allowing the audience to understand its narrative and celebratory message at a glance
BREAKDOWN
I was responsible for the overall compositing and editing across the project, working closely with the team lead to incorporate feedback and meet the intended visual direction.
The process involved not only creating and refining a variety of visual effects, but also identifying and resolving issues from 3D and rendering stages during final compositing. Addressing these details required careful and precise work to maintain visual consistency across the animations.
This experience strengthened both my technical compositing skills and attention to detail, while also teaching me how to adapt to feedback and bring different elements of a production together into a cohesive final result.
